Tyler is a Rockstar

I get really proud & excited when wonderful things happen with Tyler's work.  This is us at the grand opening of the riverfront Scioto Mile in downtown Columbus where his thesis film Nolan was screened on a fountain.  Yep a fountain!  What an amazing feeling seeing a year's worth of his hard work projected onto a forty-four million dollar backdrop.  And it was fun to watch all of the kids run and dance in front of the animation. 

Goodbye Cy

I was so sad to hear the news yesterday that Cy Twombly had passed away.  What an amazing guy.  He was a brilliant artist who certainly succeeded in leaving the world a more colorful and a more interesting place than he found it.  Thank you for all the inspiration!

Nikki and Mark had everyone over last night for a fun summer BBQ.  What could be better than good friends, birthday cake, s'mores, hot dogs, beer, and glitter nailpolish?  

Hope everyone has a fantastic and festive 4th of July!  We're heading home to visit my family and eat some serious picnic food.  Happy weekend!
