Gatherings

My senior thesis show Gatherings took place in the Canzani gallery here at CCAD from April 26 - April 30. I was hoping that the work would draw a positive reaction, but the response was overwhelming. I am thrilled beyond words, so thankful and motivated, that the show received the compliments that it did.

The Silken Tent

I was so lucky to be able to present my thesis work the same week in which CCAD alums Amy & David Butler were visiting artists on campus. It was so exciting to get to meet them and show them my work. David Butler said that Wallpaper and Diamonds reminded him of childhood, and getting to hear Amy talk about her design business was such a treat!

Special thanks to Kenay Kash and Wolf Mutha for the awesome reviews of the show and to Pei Chen for taking the beautiful photographs of my work seen here! And to everyone who took the time to come to the closing reception or stopped by the gallery during the week, I cannot thank you enough.
